During Beirut Design Week in 2017, ASSAMEH Birth and Beyond launched a baby shower collection at ForeandAft in Mar Mikhael.

The collection was created with the aim of bringing the mission of the NGO to life, spreading more awareness, and raising funds.

Crafted with love by a group of incredibly talented Lebanese designers, we would like to take the opportunity to thank: A whole Lotta Love, Janis Sarraf, LC stories, Karoline Lang, L’Atelier Nawbar, Joanna Dahdah, HASS IDRISS, Little Bluffers, Nadine Khatoun, Mellow, Sara Melki, Second St, SMAC, THYM, Vanina, Mira Hayek, Raya Kazoun, ForeandAft , Johnny Farah, Joumana Ibrahim, Wissam Eid, and Beirut Design Week.

On the 15th of October 2021, ASSAMEH Birth and Beyond, with the support of friends in France, organized a fundraising concert to assist in rebuilding the center following the August 4 blast.

The live streamed concert included a lineup of 5 DJ’s from France:  The Avener, Bob Sinclar, KUNGS, Polo and Pan, Martin Solveig, Mosimann et FEDER.

Live streamed on ASSAMEH’s Favebook and Youtube pages, The concert was enjoyed by many people in Lebanon who appreciated the positivity and happiness amidst the crisis they were facing.
80,000 viewers were reached and we were able to receive a generous sum of money, but most importantly through music we were able to spread happiness.

A group of 50 young girl scouts from Les Scouts du Liban group 20 Baden Powell N.D. de Nazareth Achrafieh, visited ASSAMEH Birth and Beyond to learn more about the association and its mission.

A presentation, led by Pf. Robert Sacy and Aboud Chami, was shared with the children followed by the viewing of a short film that explains the partnership between the association and the Quarantina Hospital. Les Charbels also sang a song with a message of hope which resonated with all those in attendance.

Nada Ghanem, a member of ASSAMEH Birth and Beyond also had an intervention and addressed the girls as the next generation of hope, advising on the importance of giving back to the community and supporting such causes.

The scouts also had a tour of the premises where some of the girls started to sing and spread joy to the children in the hospital.

At the end of the visit Les Scouts du Liban group 20 Baden Powell N.D. de Nazareth shared a contribution with the association which was very much appreciated.
