Senior Program Coordinator

Marc Sacy

I have always been a problem solver and that is why I decided to pursue a career in engineering and management. After receiving my dual diploma, I have been working in the field for 20 years between Lebanon and France.

ASSAMEH Birth and Beyond came to life to solve the imperative issue of inadequate medical support for premature babies and newborns. Since inception, I have been following the journey and providing my input and support when needed.

Following the August 4 blast, the country was completely devastated, and The Carlos Slim Center for Children was destroyed.

You can say that this blast lit a fire inside me and I needed to play a more active role in rebuilding what was lost and planning for the future. ASSAMEH Birth and Beyond is not only an organization that solves a problem, but also a beacon of hope offering the chance of life.

I have dedicated my time to raising awareness on the work being done and ensuring that the facility is equipped with the best machines and supplies.

When you work on such a delicate cause, you realize how thin the line between life and death is and the importance of providing these innocent souls with the best chance of survival.

Whatever you can do to help really matters.
